Coal cutter SPM D Series production including shearer pick (durable), roadheader pick (Ying Yan type) and no spark series (assault type), the product production process using the most advanced, the most high-quality raw materials, has good abrasion resistance, impact toughness, long service life and the work efficiency is high.

Material: high-quality 42CrMo alloy steel for teeth;
wear-resistant layer: hard alloy metallurgical composite material;
solder flux: imported copper-based solder and flux;
Surface hardness: alloy head > 92HRC;
wear-resistant layer > 61HRC (far exceeding 45~48 for ordinary picks);
pick head > 50HRC; tooth shank > 45HRC;
Impact toughness: alloy head > 2800J/cm2;
tooth body ≥ 59J/cm2 (national standard 49J/cm2);
Brazed seam shear strength: tooth body and alloy head ≥ 195MPa
