Drill Collar
The drill collar is mainly used to provide the weight of the drill bit, so that the drill rod is in a tension state, and the drill bit is used to straighten the drill bit to maintain the borehole trajectory. The drill collar implements the API Spec7-1 specification, the material is 4145H, the overall heat treatment, and the phosphating treatment after the thread is hardened, the anti-sticking performance is good. It can also be customized according to customer requirements.
Non-magnetic drill collar
The non-magnetic drill collar is made of alloy steel with very low permeability. Its chemical composition is strictly controlled and forged. The material has been tested to ensure that its hardness, toughness, impact value and corrosion resistance meet the standards. Good low permeability and good machining performance. Non-magnetic drill collars implement AP17-1 and API 7-2 standards.
