Friction Welded Drill Pipe and Adapter
Friction welded drill rods and joints implement API SPEC 5DP and SY/T5561-2008 standards. The drill rods are available in DZ50, R780, G105, and S135 grades, all of which have undergone local or overall heat treatment.
The mechanical properties fully meet the standard requirements; the joints are made of high-quality alloys The steel 35CrMo, 4137H and other quenching and tempering treatment, the thread is processed by CNC lathe, forming tool, the surface is copper plated or phosphated, and the anti-sticking performance is good. It can also be customized according to customer requirements.
